BPK Estate Agents had a website stuck in the past - outdated design, stale content, and zero wow factor. It didn’t reflect their market position or the warmth of their team. They needed a site that could attract clients across all property values, boost SEO, and sync seamlessly with their property listings. Oh, and it had to match the vibe of their sister company, BPK Solicitors.
OUR APPROACH
We didn’t just redesign - we reimagined. Using Bacon Marketing’s SEO insights, we built a content-first strategy that nailed what buyers, sellers, and landlords were actually searching for. Then we layered in:
- Copywriting by Mark Duffel that speaks directly to clients’ needs
- Design by Maxine at Unicorn Creative - clean, modern, and inviting
- Photography by Harry Atkinson, featuring real staff and spaces for trust and authenticity
- A custom-built API that syncs daily with ReapIT, keeping listings fresh and accurate across platforms like RightMove
THE RESULTS
The new site isn’t just better - it’s smarter. It positions BPK as the friendly, professional estate agent people want to work with. Staff can now update content, manage blogs, and showcase featured properties with ease. And thanks to our in-house API link, property data stays current without lifting a finger.

The old website:
Our old website was dated and needing refreshed. We also wanted the site to show to clients, who would be working for them. Additionally we wanted most of the pictures on the site to be of our staff and offices. Quote given by Chris for the work was easy to understand, presented in a professional manner and tailored to what WE wanted not what Chris thought we might want.
Chris is more than happy to work with you and adjust/amend (within reason) any changes you ask for during the website build.
The result for us is a much more user friendly site, we can track more easily traffic to our site and any changes we want to make on the site are much easier to make and usually does not need any help/guidance from Chris.
