THE BRIEF
Following a detailed brand audit, Ritchie Phillips asked us to refresh their website design and create a platform to showcase the market position and personality of their firm of chartered accountants, who specialise in private client tax.
They also wanted to improve the navigation of the website, and bring clarity to their offer, ensuring visitors know exactly what is offered, and how to find out more.
THE APPROACH
Starting with in-depth SEO research and content planning, their existing copywriter, Lucy Pitts of Strood Copy, revisited the content of the entire website to bring together appropriate content sections and address the SEO data recommendations to improve search engine visibility.
The updated copywriting fed into the website design process: Lisa at PepperDog Design took our guidance and worked with the brand audit details to deliver cohesive style and aesthetics throughout the whole website.
THE RESULTS
The finished website allows Ritchie Phillips to stand out in their field, blending a strong colour scheme and imagery with subtle branding elements.
The home page presents clear access to key areas of the website, whilst the top and footer menus have been structured to ensure all other pages and sections are visible without confusion.
Data from the SEO research has been applied to all appropriate elements of the website, alongside core schema markup and page speed enhancements, resulting in a fast loading website which is easily updated by the client.
